TENNIS ELBOW DEBRIDEMENT AND REPAIR

Surgery for tennis elbow is indicated if non-operative treatments have failed after 6-12 months. A 3 inch incision along the outside of the elbow is made and the degenerated tendon origin is debrided and repaired. A long arm splint is placed after surgery and you are transitioned to a wrist splint for 4-6 weeks.
